Watch Video on Taking a Manual Reading on Alice

Step 1: Tap on the button once and release; see if the light blinks only once. If so, repeat the single tap and release until the light blinks more than once after you release the button. That indicates Alice is connecting to WiFi and taking a reading of your tank level.

Step 2: You should now see the most recent tank level reading in your Alice App.

Note:  Dual tank systems can be monitored with a single Alice as well.

* In Edit Gauge screen (click on top right button), scroll down and there is a switch to turn on tethered/dual tanks.
* If you don't enter anything in the tank capacity, the system will just double the default. Default for a 275 gallon tank is 255, so it will double
that as the default.
* If you enter 240 gallons into the capacity field, it will double that.

FAQ’s

The Alice gauge accommodates two sizes: 2" and 1.5" NPT tank openings. To figure out which size you need, use a ruler to measure the diameter of your tank opening. If the dimension is 1.5” - 1.75”, you need a 1.5” NPT Alice. If the dimension is 2” - 2.25”, you need a 2” NPT Alice.  Simply remove the coupling to convert from 2" to 1.5"
